Lease : Terms and Conditions

  1. The Lease is of the Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com only and not any other intellectual property associated with the Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com such as but not limited to patents, copyright, trademarks names or service marks (whether or not these are registered), registered designs.
  2. The term of this Lease shall be for a period of 1 year unless otherwise extended or “bought out” as provided

  9. Lessee shall be deemed to have defaulted if :
    • If the Lessee fails to pay rent or other money payable under this Lease on the due date for payment
    • The lessee fails to perform or observe any of the covenants or provisions of Lease
    • If the Lessee has an action issued against the Lessee's property under a judgment in any Court
    • If the Lessee becomes bankrupt or if the Lessee's board approves a resolution for the winding up
  10. In case of default, the Lessor may immediately or at any time thereafter without giving any notice to the Lessee re-take possession of the Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com and terminate this agreement but without releasing the Lessee from any liability in respect of any breach or non-observance of any of the provisions contained or implied in this Lease and without prejudice to the Lessor's right to retain all money paid to the Lessor pursuant to this Lease and the Lessor's right to claim damages pursuant to this Lease.
  11. If Lease is terminated for any other reason Lessor may at any time demand immediate payment of all of the following:
    • All arrears of rent and other money then due and payable by the Lessee under the Lease.
    • The Lessor's loss on the Lease to be notified by the Lessor to the Lessee.
    • All costs and expenses incurred by the Lessor in enforcing this agreement.
    • Interest on all money payable from the date of termination

Sale : Terms and Conditions

  1. The Sale is of the Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com only and not any other intellectual property associated with the Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com such as but not limited to patents, copyright, trademarks names or service marks (whether or not these are registered), registered designs.
  2. The Seller shall Transfer full title to the Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com to the Buyer
  3. The Buyer shall be fully and solely responsible for all Business Liabilities after the commencement of sale
  4. The Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor against all damages, losses or liabilities which may arise with respect to the Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com or its use or operation by the Buyer or by any other party
  5. The Seller shall & in no way implied be for any Business Liabilities after the commencement of sale such as but not limited to claims or legal proceedings etc.
  6. The Buyer shall pay the Sale Price in full to the Buyer before the completion of the Domain Transfer.
  7. The Transfer of Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com shall be completed within maximum of 7 days of this agreement being executed except for any delay or failure due to Force Majeure such as but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, civil disturbance or rioting, government or regulatory action.
  8. The taxes etc as applicable are not included in the Sale price and will have to be paid extra.
  9. Buyer shall be deemed to have defaulted if :
    • If the Buyer fails to pay Sale price or other money payable under this Sale on the due date for payment
    • The Buyer fails to perform or observe any of the covenants or provisions of this Sale
  10. In case of default, the Seller may immediately or at any time thereafter without giving any notice to the Buyer sell the Domain Name OnlineTvBroadcast.com to anybody and terminate this agreement but without releasing the Buyer from any liability in respect of any breach or non-observance of any of the provisions contained or implied in this Sale and without prejudice to the Seller's right to retain all money paid to the Seller pursuant to this Sale and the Seller's right to claim damages pursuant to this Sale.
  11. If Sale is terminated for any other reason, Seller may at any time demand immediate payment of all of the following:
    • All arrears of Sale price and other money then due and payable by the Buyer under the Sale agreement.
    • The Seller's loss on the Sale to be notified by the Seller to the Buyer.
    • All costs and expenses incurred by the Seller in enforcing this agreement.
    • Interest on all money payable from the date of termination

  1. In the event of Seller / Lessor being unable to deliver the domain the amount of Sale Price / Lease rental shall be refunded back excluding the taxes / charges / expenses incurred for execution of Sale / Lease
  2. In no event Seller / Lessor shall be issuing any refund if the domain is transferred to the Buyer / Lessee account.
  3. In case of legal proceeding Seller / Lessor shall not be issuing any refund to the Buyer / Lessee.
  4. In case of cancillation of Lease the only the amount recieved over & above the stipulated amount of the period in Lease agreement could be considered for issuing any refund to the Lessee.
  5. The refund of any amount shall be completed within maximum of 90 days of final decision being agreed upon except for any delay or failure due to Force Majeure such as but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, civil disturbance or rioting, government or regulatory action.
